Gerizim Water Park was built in the Southeast Asian country of Myanmar. Accounting for the local weather conditions, site layout planning, and construction area, Cowboy Group conceived a perfect design solution to create a characteristic water playground with a strong tropical atmosphere and assist the tourists who come to the water playground to spend a happy and exciting time, enjoying a cool moment.

Design Concept

Considering that the water park is located in a Southeast Asian country and Myanmar has a tropical monsoon climate. Therefore, Cowboy Group’s design team decided to build a water playground with regional features, and the Gerizim Water Park is decided as a tropical theme water park.

Due to the limited construction area, Gerizim Water Park requires the design team to consider multiple factors to create a comprehensive water park with multiple entertainment functions.

After Cowboy Group’s careful consideration, the Gerizim Water Park is equipped with a Forest Series Nature Water Park Interactive Water House. The reason why the Cowboy Group chose to use this product is that the forest series natural water park interactive water house not only reflects the local characteristics of tropical areas, but also meets the entertainment needs of different recreational groups.

Project Details

The Forest Series Nature Water Park Interactive Water House adopts bright, and close-to-nature colors. Meanwhile, white wood, yellow, and green are used as the main colors, and red and blue are used as auxiliary colors. The use of these colors is in line with the design theme of the water park, bringing players an enthusiastic, active and pleasant playing mood.

At the same time, in order to create an immersive theme scene and amusement experience, the forest series natural water park interactive water house adds a large number of tropical elements, such as Asian elephants, coconut trees, little foxes, etc.In addition, the appearance of the water house also highly restores the appearance of a tropical wooden house, allowing players to be immersed in the scene.

The Gerizim Water Park consists of a giant Forest Series Nature Water Park Interactive Water House, and the water house is equipped with many different types of water slides, and some water play equipment. Design Concept

Before the Cowboys Group began conceptualizing the design for the Seapool Resort water park, the Cowboys Group considered a variety of factors.Among them, the most important consideration is the fit between the water park and the original design of the hotel in this project.In order to harmonize with the environment of the hotel and play a role in adding highlights, the Cowboy Group design team not only needs to do the water park design but also needs to do the water park landscape design.In addition, the Cowboy Group also needs to consider the age of the players, the amusement functions of the water park, the players’ entertainment needs, and the positioning of the water park. Based on the above considerations, the design team of Cowboy Group decided to create a light amusement theme water park for hotel guests.

Project Details

The Seapool Resort Water Park is composed of two parts that make up a water play area with both exciting and strong interactive aquatic play equipment. The first part is a combination water slide, and the other part has a colorful series of water houses and some water play equipment.
Furthermore, this outdoor water play equipment adopts abundant color collocation, and each kind of color collocation is certificated by child psychologists, so that using the color collocation is beneficial to stimulate the development of children’s brains and minds and improve their abilities to distinguish colors.
In addition, this water park faces the sea and the beach, and the water park is surrounded by greenery, providing hotel guests with an excellent environment and pleasant atmosphere for a pleasant vacation.

In view of the fact that the client of this water park requires to build an outdoor water park with the function both of children’s amusement and child-parent interaction, Cowboy Group makes a comprehensive consideration from several dimensions, making a planning layout design and customizing an excellent design solution for this water park.

The resort’s original scale plan had several swimming pools, each with a different depth. To create the most practical and idealistic water park on the most proper budget, Cowboy Group reserves these swimming pools to meet the swimming needs of hotel guests and build a colorful series of amphibious kid’s water houses in a flat area adjacent to the swimming pools. Besides, the water playground is also equipped with various types of water play equipment including water guns water ring water spray equipment, spin water play equipment, etc, which can add some interestingness to the water park and attract children to play here.

The water park adopts a colorful series of water playground equipment, and each piece of amusement equipment is used in a different bright but in line with the psychologists’ advocacy of color collocation. Colorful collocation is beneficial to stimulate the brain development of children’s brain, improves the ability to distinguish colors, and plays an active role in children’s psychological development. Overall Design Concept

When the team of Cowboy Group designers took over this project, they surveyed the project’s original site planning and layout. The two areas are not only a play entirety allowing players to switch the play area freely but also two independent play areas bringing players two different kinds of experiences. Outdoor Playground Design Concept

The outdoor play park is aimed to build an amusement place for kids to get close to nature and contact with nature, so the outdoor play area for kids uses the design concept of harmony between humans and nature, adopts the colorful color collocation, and matches with different kinds of outdoor playground equipment. Moreover, the design theme of the outdoor play park is outdoor expansion, therefore, the whole place is mainly to exercise the children’s coordination ability of hands and feet, practice the thinking, and harvest the outdoor amusement experience. Water Playground Design Concept

The original planning and layout of this project has two pools which are a smaller padding pool and a larger padding pool. According to the different depths and areas of the two pools, the Cowboy Group designer team determined their different functions and usages and matched them with corresponding aquatic play equipment. In this water playground, kids at different age stages can find the amusement activities that they are interested in, fully releasing their nature and energy and it is also an excellent venue for parents to accompany their children to grow up, interact together, and improve the parent-child relationship.

The water playground and outdoor playground are respectively equipped with premium water playground equipment and outdoor playground equipment produced by Cowboy Group.

The outdoor playground area covers a natural series outdoor playground with various slides and climbing nets and a large-scale climbing and rock climbing playground. Project Location Analysis

The project site is selected in the Southwest China where embraces rich natural resources and complete ecosystems, however, the children’s water play park was built in the Huilong Ecological Park with a high standard of the healthy mineral water quality. Therefore, when the Cowboy Group designer conceived this project design concept, the children’s water playground should not only meet the client’s demands but also reflect the local characteristics.

Design Concept

Before the Cowboy team started to design this project, they analyzed the customer’s requirements, project location, project features, and the original planning layout of the Huilong Ecological Park at first, and then the designers combined the factors to conduct a custom 3D deepening rendering that is a perfect children’s water playground.

In view of the fact that the project location has abundant and high-quality groundwater resources, the designers use ground spray, dry spray and other kinds of water play equipment in this water playground, allowing the players to get in touch directly with the water. Additionally, the positioning of the project is a children’s water park, and the client’s needs are to increase the fun of children’s play and provide a variety of play experiences for kids, so the water playground is equipped with a water house of the colorful clown series. In this children’s water playground, the deepest water area is no more than 20cm, which is an excellent safe place for young children entertainment and parent-child interactive amusement.

In addition, the ground color of the whole water playground uses dreamy colors like blue, purple and yellow as the main color, and the water equipment uses a colorful mix of colors, which not only provides children with a dream play venue to release their nature, but also activates the infinite vitality of the children.

Design Concept

This water playground planned building appearance is an oval shape, and the building site is also a closed indoor place. In order to meet the visitors can have a diversified play and multi-level experiences in the indoor water playground,Cowboy Group combined with the construction needs of the client planned the site as three play areas and designed three different play themes including Future City Area, Jade Pool Fairyland Area and Jungle Wonderland. Among them, the design theme of each play area is Cowboy designer’s works of ingenuity and contains the following design philosophies.

First of all, the first area is a water playground exploration area with science and technology based on the theme of Future City and it applies some element of science and technology as the theme of region packaging. Furthermore, the area also has some water curtain movie and interactive induction facilities, which can promote the visual experience, enrich the interestingness of amusement and even immerse yourselves in the era of science and technology.

The second area is the theme water park exploration area taking Jade Pool Fairyland as the design theme. When designing this area, Cowboy Group combined the prototype of natural mountains and waterfalls to create a wave pool that recreates a natural alpine lake. Here, the tourists can feel the wave pool from trickle to surge, which brings them an immersive experience，as if they are floating in the real wave.

Finally, the third area is the Jungle Wonderland theme water playground exploration area. This area combines aquatic play equipment and forest according to the ecological environment factors so that the visitors can see and feel a lush green landscape in the indoor environment. In addition, this area added some comprehensive water park equipment to create an indoor oasis water park for tourists to play and rest.

Future City Area is equipped with the most water playground equipment in the three play areas. Design Concept

The project originally had two completed swimming pools. One is a wading pool with a depth of 0.3 meters and an area of 326 square meters and the other covers an area of 1225 square meters, and the middle line of this pool is divided into two areas of different depths, respectively 0.4 meters and 1.1 meters.

Based on the depth and location of the two pools, the Cowboy Group determined the design concept of two pools, two functional areas, and two ways to play.

First of all, the first wading pool with a small area is designed to be an area suitable for young children or parent-child to interact play with the water and dance with the water. Secondly, the shallow end of the larger swimming pool is determined to be an area for young children and parent-child to be in close contact with the water,meanwhile, the deep end reserves some space for visitors to enjoy swimming.

Functional Area and Matching Aquatic Play Equipment

First of all, the small shallow pool is the first recreational functional area, equipped with giraffe water play, flag water play, sunflower water play, mushroom swing, sunshade water play, whale water play, ground sprinkler and other water play equipment.In this area, visitors can enjoy the coolness and fun brought by the water, and these devices allow them to become one with the water, in close contact, and also allow adult and children to enjoy the fun of the water together.

In addition, the large swimming pool is the second amusement functional area, equipped with a water house and some unique water play equipment. Meanwhile, there are combination water slides, whale water slides and a large number of water play equipment in the water house.Among them, the water slide of the water house can let visitors feel the speed and passion, so that they can experience the thrill of speed, be in close contact with the water, and feel cool for a moment.
